Use the English convention the programme requires.
English-language programmes may specify British, American or institution-defined conventions. Apply the stated system consistently and preserve official Arabic names through a verified transliteration where required. Students should check whether bilingual labels, translated sources or local terminology need explanation.
Language review should improve readability without removing the student’s meaning or making unsupported claims sound certain. Useful checks include spelling consistency, sentence boundaries, terminology, paragraph flow, abbreviation definitions, captions and cross-references. A student should review suggested changes and retain a version history rather than accepting every edit automatically.
Presentation expectations can extend beyond grammar. A course may prescribe a cover sheet, heading hierarchy, line spacing, margins, page numbering, appendices or a specific file type. Tables and figures need readable labels and source information. The final exported file should be opened and checked because equations, fonts, page breaks and hyperlinks can change during conversion.
