Quote reviewed before payment
A fair review starts with the confirmed scope and the order record.
This policy explains how cancellation, payment and delivery concerns are assessed. It does not promise an automatic refund in every disagreement; it provides a clear pathway for evidence, correction and a reasoned decision.
Duplicate charges investigated
Correction considered where appropriate

Purpose and relationship to your order
This policy applies to payments connected with a confirmed MyPaperHelp service. It should be read with the order-specific quotation, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Responsible Use Policy. The quotation establishes the agreed deliverables, deadline and price; this policy explains how a later financial concern is reviewed.
Submitting a quotation request does not require payment and therefore does not itself create a refund right. A refund question normally arises after a transaction has been authorised. Customers should review the provider, amount, currency, deadline and scope before paying and ask about anything unclear.
Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rules can vary by location and payment method. The policy uses careful, general language because an accurate decision depends on the actual transaction, communications and work performed.
Raise the concern promptly
Contact support through the official page or support@mypaperhelp.net using the email connected with the request. Include the order reference, transaction date, provider, amount, a concise explanation and the outcome sought. Do not email a complete card number, security code, password or unrelated identity document.
Prompt notice can preserve evidence and create time for a correction before the academic deadline. A vague statement that the work is “not good” is difficult to assess. Identify the confirmed instruction, where the output differs and any relevant rubric or file location. Screenshots should show context and should not expose unnecessary personal data.
An acknowledgement means the request has been received; it is not an approval. MyPaperHelp may ask reasonable questions, compare the issue with the agreed scope and review payment-provider records. Failure to provide necessary information can delay or prevent a decision.
Cancellation before or during work
A cancellation request made before work or committed allocation begins can be simpler to resolve than one made after substantial activity. The timing, provider fees, preparation already completed and resources reserved can affect the available outcome. Customers should contact support immediately instead of assuming that closing a browser or missing an email cancels the order.
Once review, research, writing, editing, coding, analysis or other agreed work has begun, a full refund may no longer be appropriate. A proportionate outcome can consider usable work completed and unavoidable costs. If the request is cancelled because MyPaperHelp cannot provide the confirmed service, the undelivered portion should be reviewed accordingly.
A customer change of mind, discovery of a different provider or decision not to use completed guidance does not by itself show that the agreed service failed. Any mandatory cancellation right applicable to the customer’s location will still be considered.
Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised payments
A duplicate transaction can occur because of a repeated click, connection interruption, provider retry or separate authorisations. Report both references and amounts. If records confirm an unintended duplicate for the same order, the duplicated amount can be submitted for reversal through the original method where possible.
An amount or currency concern should be compared with the approved quotation and checkout screen. Exchange rates, cross-border fees or card-provider charges may be applied by a third party and are not necessarily amounts received by MyPaperHelp. Support can identify the transaction information available but cannot change an independent provider’s exchange rate.
If a payment appears unauthorised, contact the payment provider or card issuer promptly to secure the account, then notify MyPaperHelp so the connected order can be paused and reviewed. Never disclose login credentials while reporting the issue.
Confirmed service cannot be delivered
Where MyPaperHelp determines that a confirmed service cannot be delivered, the review should consider the amount paid, any usable partial work supplied and the reason performance stopped. If no agreed value can be provided, a refund may be appropriate. If part of the scope was completed and remains usable, a partial refund or alternative resolution may better reflect the record.
A temporary delay is not automatically permanent non-delivery. The team may need to establish whether the issue can be corrected within a reasonable revised schedule. The customer’s own final deadline matters, but so do late instructions, inaccessible attachments, changed requirements and delayed replies.
The service does not promise to accept every emergency request. Feasibility should be checked before payment. When an error causes payment to be taken without a viable accepted scope, the transaction should be escalated promptly.
Material mismatch with the approved brief
A refund review may be appropriate when delivered material materially fails to follow a clear, approved requirement and a reasonable correction cannot resolve the problem. The assessment uses the written scope, not an expectation introduced after delivery. Examples may include the wrong agreed file type, omission of a central confirmed deliverable or failure to apply an expressly supplied instruction.
Academic disagreement does not always mean service failure. More than one defensible structure, interpretation or method can exist. A reviewer may explain the reasoning, correct an error or align the output more closely with a documented requirement. A university grade alone does not prove breach because assessment involves independent criteria and the student’s use of the guidance.
Customers must verify sources, calculations, software output and institution-specific rules before final use. Where a narrow error can reasonably be corrected, revision is normally the first resolution path.
New instructions and out-of-scope requests
A new topic, additional section, greater word count, different dataset, extra software output, new citation system, earlier deadline or replacement brief can materially change the work. These changes may require a revised quote and are not automatically defects in the original delivery.
If instructions conflict, the latest confirmed written clarification normally guides the work. A customer should not rely on an assumption that was never communicated. When a lecturer changes the assessment after work begins, MyPaperHelp can review the new requirement and explain whether additional scope is possible.
A refusal to provide free additional work outside the approved brief is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. The same principle protects the customer: MyPaperHelp should not substitute materially different deliverables without agreement.
Situations that may not support a refund
A refund may be declined where the agreed service was supplied, the concern is based only on a change of mind, necessary clarification was not provided, the customer missed messages, the material was used or distributed beyond the permitted purpose, or the request depends on a guaranteed grade or result that was never offered.
It may also be inappropriate where the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete instructions, changed the deadline without agreement, expected work outside scope, could not access a file because of their own unsupported software, or asked for conduct prohibited by the Responsible Use Policy. Each case still requires review; this list is not a shortcut for ignoring evidence.
Promotional eligibility, personal financial circumstances or a price later offered elsewhere do not establish that the confirmed transaction was incorrectly performed. Support can still consider an alternative resolution where it is fair and operationally possible.
Approved refunds and provider timing
When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. The amount, currency and reference should be communicated. MyPaperHelp can initiate the provider process but cannot guarantee the time a bank, card network, wallet or intermediary takes to make funds visible.
A refund can appear as a reversal of the original transaction rather than a separate credit. Currency conversion may mean the final local amount differs because provider rates changed. Fees imposed independently by a customer’s bank or wallet may fall outside MyPaperHelp’s control.
Customers should retain the confirmation and contact their provider if the stated processing period has passed. Support may be able to supply a provider reference but should not request sensitive login or card credentials to trace it.
Chargebacks, evidence and reconsideration
A chargeback is a formal provider process and can freeze funds while evidence is reviewed. Where safe and practical, customers should use the support pathway first so duplicate payment, file access or scope issues can be investigated quickly. This does not prevent a person from contacting their provider about suspected fraud or exercising a legal right.
MyPaperHelp may submit the quotation, acceptance, payment record, communications, delivery evidence and revision history to respond to a provider dispute. Personal information should be limited to what the process reasonably requires. Making a knowingly false claim can breach the Terms of Service.
If relevant evidence was missed, a customer can request reconsideration and identify the specific new information. Repeating the same unsupported statement may not change the decision. A reasoned response should explain the main basis for the outcome where it can be disclosed.
A practical refund-request checklist
Before contacting support, gather the order reference, confirmed scope, transaction reference, delivery date, affected file or section, exact instruction relied upon and the resolution you believe is proportionate. Explain whether you have already requested a correction and why it did not resolve the issue.
Send only copies needed for assessment and redact unrelated personal information. Keep communication in the official thread where possible so the sequence remains clear. Do not upload the same dispute publicly, share confidential reviewer details or threaten unrelated action as a substitute for evidence.
Policies and checkout providers can change, so the updated date identifies this public version. Questions should be sent through the Contact Support page or support@mypaperhelp.net. This policy explains a process and is not personal legal advice.
Practical answers before you continue
Is every cancellation fully refundable?
No. Timing, work already completed, committed resources and mandatory rights can affect the outcome.
What happens after a duplicate charge?
Provide both transaction references. A confirmed unintended duplicate can be submitted for reversal through the original method where possible.
Do you refund because of a grade?
A grade alone does not establish service failure, and no academic result is guaranteed. The review compares delivery with the confirmed scope.
How long does a provider refund take?
Timing varies by bank, wallet, card network and location. MyPaperHelp can confirm initiation but cannot control every provider’s processing time.
Ask before you share or approve anything.
Use the official support channel and include the relevant enquiry or order reference. Never send card credentials, passwords or unrelated confidential documents.
