Learn from guidance rather than submit it blindly
Support should strengthen understanding—not replace academic ownership.
This policy separates useful learning support from requests that could misrepresent authorship, evade assessment rules or create harm. Institution-specific instructions always come first.
Follow the rules for your course
Never request impersonation or fabricated evidence
Disclose assistance where required
The principle behind responsible support
Academic support is most useful when it helps a student understand a requirement, practise a method, make an informed decision or improve work they remain able to explain. MyPaperHelp materials are designed for learning, reference, research guidance, explanation, editing and academic improvement where those uses are permitted.
The student’s institution decides what assistance is allowed. Rules may differ between courses, assessment types and stages of study. A lecturer may permit language editing but restrict structural changes; a programming course may allow debugging advice but require independent code; a dissertation may require disclosure of external transcription or statistical help. Customers must check the current rule rather than assume that a general internet statement applies.
MyPaperHelp does not grant permission to submit a resource as the student’s own work. The customer remains responsible for authorship, accuracy, source verification, declarations and final submission.
Appropriate learning-focused requests
Potentially appropriate support includes interpreting a brief, breaking down a rubric, planning research steps, discussing a topic, explaining a concept, demonstrating a method on practice material, suggesting questions for further reading, giving feedback on a student draft and checking language or formatting. Suitability still depends on institutional rules and the confirmed scope.
An original example can show how an introduction is structured, how evidence is connected to a claim, how a statistical test is explained or how a function can be debugged. The student should then apply the principle independently, verify every source and adapt the learning to their authorised work. Copying an example without understanding can create both academic and practical risk.
Good requests identify the learning goal: “help me understand why this method fits” is clearer than “do everything.” Showing current work also helps the reviewer focus on the real obstacle.
Requests that cannot be supported
MyPaperHelp cannot support impersonating a student, taking a live or protected examination, accessing a learning account, answering an assessment while posing as the enrolled person, obtaining leaked questions, bypassing security or concealing unauthorised collaboration. Login credentials should never be requested or shared.
Requests to fabricate interviews, participants, observations, laboratory results, survey responses, citations, ethics approval, clinical activity, placement records or professional experience are also outside responsible use. Invented evidence can harm other people and undermine research, regulatory or public decisions.
The platform must not be used to disguise copied work, defeat plagiarism or authorship controls, falsify a document, harass another person, create malware, gain unauthorised access or violate law. A prohibited request may be declined even if a payment has not yet been made or the customer describes it as urgent.
Editing, proofreading and authorship boundaries
Editing can improve grammar, punctuation, clarity, consistency and presentation. More substantive feedback can identify an unclear argument, unsupported claim or structural problem. The permitted boundary depends on the assessment. Some institutions allow detailed editing; others limit help to identifying patterns or correcting surface errors.
A responsible editor should preserve the student’s meaning and avoid silently replacing the intellectual contribution. Where a change affects argument, evidence or interpretation, the student should review and own the decision. Tracked changes, comments or an editing note can help make the process visible.
Customers should provide any editing policy and disclose assistance where required. Rewriting a complete submission to conceal the student’s level or voice may exceed permitted support even if described as proofreading.
Research, sources and evidence
Research guidance can help refine a question, identify search terms, compare source types, organise a literature map or explain how a method is normally reported. It cannot replace ethics approval, participant consent, lawful data access or the student’s responsibility to evaluate evidence.
References must be real, relevant and checked against the original source. A plausible title, DOI or quotation should never be invented. Access dates, page numbers, editions and database records can change, so the student should open and verify every source before use. A generated bibliography is a starting point for checking, not proof of accuracy.
For primary research, do not upload identifiable participant data unless authorised and necessary. Anonymisation, secure institutional storage and supervisor guidance may be required. MyPaperHelp cannot validate a research project’s legal or ethical approval.
Programming, mathematics and technical work
Technical support can explain an algorithm, help locate an error, review a student’s approach, demonstrate a method on a practice problem or discuss how results should be interpreted. Course rules may restrict shared code, libraries, calculators, generative tools, online repositories or collaboration, particularly in assessed projects.
The student should be able to reproduce the reasoning and explain important choices. Code should be tested in the required environment, and calculations should be checked for units, assumptions, rounding and input quality. A result that runs on one machine may fail with another version or dataset.
Requests to access protected systems, exploit a vulnerability without permission, create harmful code, falsify output or submit a solution during a live test cannot be supported. A safe alternative may focus on theory, sandboxed practice or post-assessment learning.
Health, law and professional programmes
Support relating to nursing, healthcare, law, engineering, finance, education or other professional fields is academic guidance, not personal professional advice. It should not be used to make a clinical decision, represent a client, certify a design, execute a financial trade or replace supervision by a qualified person.
Case materials may contain sensitive personal, legal, medical or employer information. Customers should use fictionalised or properly anonymised details where course instructions permit and should follow placement, employer and professional-body confidentiality rules. A reflective task should remain grounded in the student’s genuine experience; invented placement activity or patient contact is not acceptable.
Professional programmes can have additional codes of conduct. The student must check those rules and make appropriate disclosures. No licence, registration, placement or professional outcome is guaranteed.
Technology, AI tools and disclosure
Institutions take different approaches to generative AI, grammar tools, translation software, code assistants and reference managers. A tool that is allowed for brainstorming in one class may be prohibited in another assessment. Customers should review the exact policy, including disclosure, record-keeping and citation requirements.
MyPaperHelp does not describe tool output as automatically accurate or original. Generated material can contain invented sources, hidden bias, insecure code or confident errors. Human review, source verification and student understanding remain necessary. If a service uses a tool in a way material to the work, any agreed disclosure practice should be followed.
A request to evade AI detection or conceal prohibited tool use is not responsible support. Detection systems can also produce uncertain results; the sound approach is to keep notes, drafts, source records and an honest account of the work process.
Language, access and international students
Students working in an additional language may request explanation, language feedback or help understanding academic conventions. Responsible support should improve access without misrepresenting proficiency or replacing an assessed learning outcome. Where language ability itself is being tested, editing may be limited.
Referencing names such as Harvard can describe several institutional variants. APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, Vancouver and OSCOLA also depend on current editions and local guidance. Customers should supply the required guide and verify the final references.
Time zones, accessibility needs and unfamiliar terminology can create avoidable confusion. Clear dates, accessible files and short explanations help. They do not change academic-integrity rules or guarantee that a particular form of assistance is permitted.
Clarification, refusal and reporting concerns
When a request is unclear, MyPaperHelp may ask what the course permits, request the rubric or narrow the scope. A refusal is not an accusation about a student’s character; it is a boundary decision based on the request as presented. A permitted alternative may involve tutoring, a study plan, practice material or feedback on the student’s own work.
A customer who believes a request has been misunderstood can provide the relevant institutional wording and explain the learning purpose. MyPaperHelp may still decline where risk cannot be resolved. Pressure created by a deadline does not require the platform to accept prohibited work.
Concerns about a delivered resource, unsafe request or policy breach can be reported through the Contact Support page or support@mypaperhelp.net. Include the order reference and necessary evidence without exposing unrelated personal information. Records may be retained to investigate misuse and protect the platform.
A responsible-use checklist before submission
Before using any guidance, ask: Does my institution allow this type of support? Can I explain the argument, method and evidence? Have I opened every source? Are calculations, code and quotations accurate? Have I kept my own drafts and notes? Do I need to disclose editing, tutoring, translation or tool use?
Then compare the final work with the current brief and rubric. Remove placeholders, check names and dates, test files in the required software and confirm that citations match the reference list. Do not rely on a promised grade or treat a similarity score as proof of integrity.
If an answer remains uncertain, pause and ask the lecturer, supervisor or academic-integrity office. A short delay to clarify permission is safer than making an assumption that could affect an assessment or professional record.
Practical answers before you continue
Can MyPaperHelp take an online exam for me?
No. Impersonation, live examination assistance and access to a student account are prohibited.
Can I use an example in my submission?
Only as your institution permits. Treat examples as learning resources, verify them and create your own authorised work.
Can you invent survey results or references?
No. Evidence, participants, results, citations and approvals must never be fabricated.
What if my course policy is unclear?
Ask the lecturer, supervisor or academic-integrity office before requesting support that might cross the permitted boundary.
Ask before you share or approve anything.
Use the official support channel and include the relevant enquiry or order reference. Never send card credentials, passwords or unrelated confidential documents.
