A request is reviewed before commitment
Clear terms create a clearer working relationship.
These terms explain how enquiries, quotations, confirmed services, communication, delivery and responsible use work. Please read them before approving a quotation or making a payment.
Scope and price are confirmed first
Deadlines depend on feasibility
Institutional rules always remain the student’s responsibility
Agreement and eligibility
By browsing the website, submitting an enquiry or accepting a confirmed service, a person agrees to the terms that apply to that action. Submitting a form is a request for review; it is not automatically an accepted order, a promise of availability or an obligation to pay. A confirmed service begins only when scope, price, deadline, deliverables and payment conditions have been communicated and accepted through the applicable process.
A customer must have legal capacity to enter the arrangement and authority to provide the information and files supplied. If a person acts for an organisation or another individual, they confirm that they are authorised to do so. The service is not designed for children acting independently. MyPaperHelp may ask for clarification or decline a request when identity, authority, safety, legality or academic-use boundaries cannot reasonably be established.
These terms are read with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Responsible Use Policy. If a confirmed written quotation contains a specific term that conflicts with a general description on a marketing page, the specific confirmed scope normally governs that order, except where it would authorise unlawful or prohibited conduct.
Nature of the service
MyPaperHelp provides academic guidance and related support designed for learning, reference, research planning, explanation, editing and improvement where permitted. The exact service can include reviewing instructions, helping organise an approach, explaining a method, giving feedback on a student draft, checking citations, improving presentation or preparing an illustrative learning resource. The accepted quotation should state what will actually be delivered.
The platform is not a university, examination body, law firm, medical provider, financial adviser or guarantor of an institutional outcome. A reviewer can apply reasonable academic care to the information supplied but cannot control a lecturer’s judgment, a university policy, a publication decision, software changes, third-party data or the student’s later use of the material. No grade, mark, admission, publication, employment or professional result is guaranteed.
Customers remain responsible for reading the guidance, verifying facts and sources, understanding methods, applying required disclosures and ensuring that any final submission is their own authorised work. A delivered file is a support resource, not evidence that an institution permits every possible use of it.
Submitting an accurate brief
A useful request identifies the task, academic level, subject, current stage, required deliverable, word or page expectation, referencing instructions, software or file format, deadline with timezone and any marking criteria. Customers should provide the current version of the brief and explain later changes promptly. Missing or conflicting instructions can affect feasibility, price and the usefulness of the output.
Files must be lawful, safe and relevant. A customer must not upload malware, stolen material, another person’s account credentials, protected examination content, confidential data without authority or content that infringes rights. Personal information that is not needed should be removed. MyPaperHelp may refuse, isolate or delete unsafe or inappropriate files without treating the upload as an accepted order.
The customer is responsible for checking the quotation summary before approval. Assumptions should be corrected in writing. A broad label such as “essay help” does not silently include data collection, statistical analysis, slides, source acquisition, coding, a different citation style or repeated reworking.
Quotation, scope and acceptance
Price and feasibility can depend on subject, academic level, complexity, length, source requirements, software, file types, deadline, the quality of materials supplied and the type of support requested. A quotation is based on the information available at review time and may expire or change if availability changes. It should identify key deliverables and any material limitation known before payment.
A quotation should be accepted only after the customer understands the scope. Payment alone does not expand that scope. New requirements, a substantially different topic, an earlier deadline, extra files, additional analysis or a new output format may need a revised quotation and schedule. MyPaperHelp should explain the effect before treating new work as confirmed.
Promotional messages, examples and general price indications are not a substitute for an order-specific quotation. A discount does not change responsible-use boundaries or create a guarantee. If an obvious pricing or technical error appears, the service may pause and offer correction or cancellation rather than proceed on an impossible basis.
Payment and transaction records
Payment is requested only through the communicated checkout process after quotation where that process is operational. The customer must review the provider, amount, currency and reference before authorising it. External payment providers apply their own account, security and processing rules. MyPaperHelp does not request full card credentials or PayPal passwords through an ordinary brief, chat or email.
An order may remain unconfirmed until the required payment status is received. A pending, reversed, disputed or failed transaction does not create a duty to start work. Taxes, conversion costs or provider fees may depend on location and method and should be checked before approval. Transaction references may be kept to reconcile an order and assess a refund or dispute.
Suspected unauthorised payment, duplicate processing or provider error should be reported promptly with non-sensitive evidence. Chargebacks should not be used to bypass the published support and refund process where the customer can safely contact MyPaperHelp first. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable consumer rights.
Deadlines, access and feasibility
A deadline is assessed using the complete requirement, not only the date entered in a form. Subject, length, complexity, research access, software, file condition, clarification time and reviewer availability can all affect feasibility. Urgent work may be declined, narrowed or quoted with a different delivery point. MyPaperHelp does not promise an impossible turnaround or treat every request as available.
Customers should provide the full date, time and timezone and allow time to read, verify and apply the guidance. A university submission time is not automatically an appropriate delivery time. Delays caused by missing instructions, inaccessible files, late replies, changed requirements, provider outages or events beyond reasonable control may require a revised schedule.
Delivery normally uses the confirmed channel or account feature where operational. The customer must keep access to the supplied email address and check messages, spam filtering and file compatibility. A delivery notice sent to the confirmed address may be relevant when assessing whether communication occurred.
Quality review and revisions
Review can consider the confirmed instructions, structure, reasoning, source use, citations, clarity, grammar, formatting and requested file type as relevant to the scope. Review does not certify that every source will remain available, every calculation is error-free or every institutional preference has been anticipated. The customer must perform a final check against the current brief.
A revision request should identify the original approved instruction and show where the delivered material does not follow it. Clear comments, rubric references and marked examples make review faster. A new question, changed brief, additional word count, different method or earlier deadline is additional scope rather than automatically a correction. The quotation or service communication should state any applicable revision window.
MyPaperHelp may first offer a reasonable correction when the confirmed requirement can be brought into alignment. Unlimited revisions are not promised unless a specific operational policy expressly says so. Refund questions are assessed under the Refund Policy.
Acceptable platform conduct
The website and communication channels must not be used for impersonation, harassment, threats, fraud, unlawful surveillance, security testing without permission, malware distribution, credential theft, infringement or attempts to disrupt service. Users must not bypass access controls, scrape private records, submit automated spam or falsely present themselves as another customer or representative.
Academic requests must comply with the Responsible Use Policy. MyPaperHelp may pause, narrow or refuse a request involving a live or protected assessment, fabricated evidence, invented participants, falsified references, unauthorised system access or concealment of prohibited assistance. A safer alternative may focus on practice questions, concept explanation, planning or feedback on the student’s own draft.
Respectful communication is required. A disagreement about scope or quality should be explained with evidence and the relevant order reference. Abusive language does not improve review and may lead to channel restrictions where needed to protect staff or platform users.
Content, intellectual property and permitted use
The customer retains rights they lawfully hold in files and instructions they provide. They grant the limited permission needed to store, review, transform and communicate that material for the requested service. The customer confirms that this permission does not violate another person’s copyright, confidentiality or data rights.
Website design, brand elements and published materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. A customer may use a delivered learning resource for the personal, responsible purpose confirmed for the order, subject to institutional rules. They must not resell, publish, distribute or present the material in a misleading way unless written permission and the underlying rights allow it.
Sources, software, datasets and other third-party material can have separate licences or access rules. A citation is not a licence to reproduce an entire work. Customers should verify permissions, attribution and availability before final use.
Service limits, suspension and ending an order
MyPaperHelp may decline or stop work when a request becomes unlawful, unsafe, technically infeasible, materially different from the approved scope or inconsistent with responsible academic use. It may also act when payment is reversed, required clarification is withheld, abusive conduct continues or a security concern cannot be resolved. The response should be proportionate to the issue where circumstances permit.
If an order ends, completed work, committed time, recoverable costs and the reason for ending it can affect the financial outcome. The Refund Policy explains the review pathway. Ending one request does not automatically delete records that must be kept for transactions, security, a dispute or legal obligations.
The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider problems or events beyond reasonable control. Reasonable effort may be used to restore access, but continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make MyPaperHelp responsible for their content or availability.
Questions, concerns and changes
A customer should raise a question through the official contact page or support@mypaperhelp.net and include the relevant reference. MyPaperHelp can review the accepted scope, messages, delivery record and provider information that is reasonably available. The customer should describe the requested outcome and avoid sending payment credentials or unrelated confidential documents.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, service process, providers or legal requirements. The updated date identifies the current public version. Terms already confirmed for a specific order are not casually rewritten after the event, although changes required by law, safety or mutual agreement may still apply.
If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions should continue to the extent possible. A delay in enforcing a term does not automatically waive it. Applicable mandatory rights remain in place. Because legal rules vary by location, a customer seeking advice about personal rights should consult an appropriately qualified adviser.
Practical answers before you continue
Is submitting the form a confirmed order?
No. It is a request for review. Scope, feasibility, price and deadline must be confirmed before a service begins.
Do you guarantee a grade?
No. Academic decisions remain with the institution and depend on factors outside the service.
Can I change the brief after payment?
You can request a change, but material changes may require a revised price, scope and deadline.
Which policy covers academic integrity?
The standalone Responsible Use Policy explains permitted learning support and requests that cannot be accepted.
Ask before you share or approve anything.
Use the official support channel and include the relevant enquiry or order reference. Never send card credentials, passwords or unrelated confidential documents.
