Briefs are handled privately
Your information should stay connected to your request—not become the product.
This policy explains, in plain language, what information may enter the MyPaperHelp platform, why it is needed, who may handle it and what choices are available. It applies to visitors, people requesting a quotation and customers using a confirmed service.
Attachments use controlled access
Only relevant details should be requested
Payment credentials stay with the checkout provider
Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers information handled through MyPaperHelp.net when someone browses the website, uses a contact or quotation form, uploads a brief, communicates about a request or uses a customer-facing order feature. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and Responsible Use Policy. Those pages explain the service relationship and the boundaries that apply to academic-support requests; this page focuses on information handling.
MyPaperHelp is the point of contact for privacy questions about information collected through this website. The platform may use carefully selected infrastructure, email, hosting, security and checkout providers to perform particular functions. Those providers act under their own terms and privacy notices where applicable. A link to an external service does not mean that MyPaperHelp controls every aspect of that service, so customers should review a provider notice before supplying information directly to it.
The service is intended for people who can lawfully make a request and agree to the applicable terms. It is not designed for children to use independently. A person should not submit another individual’s personal data, academic records or confidential documents unless they have authority to do so and the disclosure is necessary for the requested support.
Information you choose to provide
A quotation or order request may include a name, email address, optional phone details, subject area, academic level, service type, word or page estimate, deadline, instructions and files. A contact enquiry may include a subject and message. The exact fields can change as the platform develops, but the principle remains the same: information should be relevant to understanding, pricing, communicating about or delivering the requested support.
Uploaded documents can contain more personal information than a form. A brief might reveal an institution, course, lecturer, student identifier, feedback, grades, classmates or research participants. Customers should remove details that are not needed before uploading. Do not send passwords, account access, complete payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, confidential employer information or research data that you are not authorised to disclose. If a useful review can be completed with a redacted document, the redacted version is preferable.
Communications may form part of the request record. This can include clarification questions, quotation discussions, scope approvals, revision explanations, delivery notices and support messages. Keeping these records connected helps avoid conflicting instructions and allows a concern to be reviewed against what was actually agreed. Customers should use the order reference where one is available and avoid sending the same confidential attachment through several channels.
Technical, security and usage information
Like most websites, the platform may receive limited technical information when a browser connects. Examples include an IP address, browser and device type, requested page, time of access, referral information and error or security events. Server logs are useful for keeping the site available, investigating abuse, diagnosing failures and distinguishing legitimate form submissions from automated traffic. They are not intended to create an intrusive profile of a student’s life.
Cookies or similar browser storage may support essential functions such as maintaining a session, protecting a form against cross-site request forgery, remembering a limited preference or preserving a quotation flow. Blocking essential cookies can prevent a form or account feature from working correctly. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, they should be identified through an appropriate notice or preference mechanism before being treated as active features.
Technical data can sometimes become personal information when combined with other records. Access should therefore be limited to people or providers who need it for operations, security or troubleshooting. MyPaperHelp does not describe every technical signal as anonymous when re-identification may be reasonably possible. The amount retained should be proportionate to the operational or security purpose.
Why information is used
Information can be used to receive a request, verify that it is genuine, understand the task, review feasibility, prepare a quotation, confirm scope and communicate next steps. For a confirmed service, it can support subject matching, file exchange, progress communication, review, delivery, revision handling and resolution of a complaint. It may also be used to maintain financial and operational records, secure the platform, enforce the terms and respond to a lawful request.
The purpose should remain connected to the relationship a customer initiated. A brief supplied for quotation should not be published as a sample, placed in a public portfolio or sold as a lead. Personal information should not be repurposed for unrelated advertising merely because it appeared in an academic document. Where a new purpose is materially different, an additional explanation or choice may be necessary.
Aggregated operational learning can help improve form labels, identify common support questions or locate errors. Such use should avoid exposing the identity or academic content of an individual request. Demonstration figures used in interface designs are not customer records and should be labelled as sample data so that visitors do not mistake an illustration for a verified business statistic.
Private briefs and controlled attachments
Attachments are designed to be stored outside publicly browsable folders and accessed through controlled application processes. Access should be limited to authorised people who need the material to review, quote, support or administer the request. A file name alone may reveal sensitive details, so file listings, download controls and support conversations should be treated with the same care as the document contents.
No online storage system can be promised to be risk free. MyPaperHelp uses reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the platform, but customers also influence security. They should use a trusted device, maintain control of their email account, avoid reusing passwords, verify the website address and report unexpected messages. A customer should not follow a payment or download link received from an unverified sender.
If a file cannot be safely opened, appears malicious, exceeds permitted limits or contains material outside the accepted scope, it may be quarantined, rejected or removed. Uploading a document does not transfer ownership of its underlying content. The customer confirms that they have permission to share it for the stated purpose.
Payments and checkout information
A request for a quotation does not by itself require payment. When checkout is operational and a customer accepts a confirmed quote, payment may be handled by a named external payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal where available. The provider receives the payment credentials needed to authorise the transaction under its own privacy and security terms. MyPaperHelp should not receive or store the customer’s full card number, card security code or PayPal password.
The platform may retain transaction-related information needed to connect a payment to an order, such as provider name, status, currency, amount, date, reference and limited billing confirmation. This is different from storing the underlying credential. Records may be needed for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, refund assessment or dispute handling.
Customers should check the provider name, amount and currency before authorising a payment. Provider availability, exchange rates and processing time can vary by location. Payment information should never be placed inside an assignment brief, ordinary email or contact-form message.
Retention, deletion and backups
Different records serve different purposes and therefore may have different retention periods. An abandoned enquiry may be needed for less time than a confirmed transaction, while financial or dispute records may need to be kept longer. Security logs, correspondence, order instructions and attachments should be reviewed against operational need, legal obligations and the risk created by continued storage rather than kept indefinitely by default.
A deletion request does not always mean that every copy disappears immediately. Information may remain for a limited period in protected backups, or a record may need to be preserved for accounting, fraud prevention, an active dispute, legal compliance or the establishment of a claim. Where deletion is not appropriate, access can be restricted and the reason explained when disclosure is permitted.
Customers can reduce unnecessary retention at the start by uploading only relevant material. They may also ask whether a particular attachment can be removed after it is no longer needed. Operational capability and legal requirements will determine the response in each case.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of a consent. These rights are not identical everywhere and can be subject to exceptions. MyPaperHelp will assess a request on its circumstances rather than promise an outcome that the law does not require or operational records do not permit.
A request should be sent through the official contact page or to support@mypaperhelp.net from the email associated with the record. Enough information should be supplied to identify the relevant request, but additional sensitive material should not be sent without being asked. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Verification protects customers from an unauthorised person using a privacy request to obtain their data.
Browser controls can manage cookies, and email preferences can be changed where optional communications exist. Operational messages about an active request may still be necessary even when promotional messages are declined. A person can also choose not to provide optional fields, although missing information may limit the ability to quote or respond.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may change when the website, providers, legal environment or service process changes. The updated date at the top of the page helps visitors identify the current version. A material change should be communicated in a proportionate way, particularly when it creates a new use of information or significantly affects customer choices.
Questions, correction requests and privacy concerns can be sent through the Contact Support page or to support@mypaperhelp.net. Include the relevant order or enquiry reference if available and explain the outcome being requested. Do not include card credentials, account passwords or unrelated confidential documents.
A clear concern is easier to investigate. Helpful details may include the date, channel, affected file or message and why the handling appears incorrect. MyPaperHelp can then review application records and provider information where available. This policy is intended to explain current practice; it is not a substitute for legal advice about an individual situation.
Practical answers before you continue
Does MyPaperHelp store my card details?
MyPaperHelp is not designed to store full card numbers, card security codes or PayPal credentials. Where checkout is operational, the named payment provider handles those credentials under its own terms.
Can I remove personal details from my brief?
Yes. Remove names, student identifiers and unrelated confidential material whenever they are not needed to understand the request. A redacted document is preferable where it provides sufficient context.
Are uploaded files public?
The application is designed to keep order attachments outside public browsing and provide controlled access. Do not share a private download or account link with another person.
How do I make a privacy request?
Use the contact page or email support@mypaperhelp.net from the address connected with the record. Identify the relevant enquiry or order and the action requested.
Ask before you share or approve anything.
Use the official support channel and include the relevant enquiry or order reference. Never send card credentials, passwords or unrelated confidential documents.
